ROBBIE RICHMOND
// OWNER / BUILDER

Robbie has served local custom home building clients for decades. He holds a residential commercial license for three level homes and a commercial general contractor’s license for custom multi-level designs on piling or exceeding 3 stories. Robbie is also certified as a Certified Green Professional through the National Home Builders Association, and his peers have elected him twice to be the President of the Flagler County Builder’s Association. Robbie has been on the Flagler Home Builders Association Board for over 18 years. He has also been designated as a “Lifetime Director” for the FHBA. This designation has been given to less than 10 people in the FHBA’s 32 year history.
Many of Robbie’s clients live out of state and they have put their total trust in his ability to meticulously design and build their custom home. Speaking to his experience, homebuilders, commercial contractors, and Realtors living inside and outside the state of Florida have used Robbie’s expertise to build their own homes. One reason could be that he proudly holds the title of Master Builder – one who must meet strict requirements and demonstrate a proven track record of building expertise, business stability, integrity and exceptional customer service. Robbie’s education, design and product research requirements keep him in tune with the latest building practices and design trends.
Robbie enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He and his two boys have bonded on ATV trails over the years, which is a favorite past time of his. Robbie supports his church and additionally firmly believes in supporting missions.
Intracoastal Construction represents a culmination of many years of learning, adjusting, improving, and loving the process of building custom homes. He appreciates the team atmosphere among the office and subcontractors. Hard work, along with a little fun and humor, is the tone he sets for the Intracoastal team.
Alesha Richmond
// Owner / Marketing Director
Throughout the years, Alesha has been assisting Robbie on job sites and with marketing for the company. The time previous to this was spent as a teacher and then the Marketing Director at a local private school. She still volunteers in fundraising activities there, but has directed her sights on helping Intracoastal’s name become more well-known in surrounding areas. Her undergraduate in Marketing & Management has served to help in this area. In the past few years, Alesha ran the sales division. But recently shifted into marketing and advertising with social media/YouTube, website, marketing materials, and signage. She frequently can be seen on jobsites recording Happy Friday videos – sometimes with her sidekick fur baby Tinker Bell.
When she isn’t working, she values making memories with her family. Alesha never misses her kids activities on a field or at school. She loves reading historical novels and attempting to grow vegetables.
Alesha enjoys working with Robbie and Intracoastal Construction’s team. When the team feels like family, it doesn’t feel as much like work.

Bryan Sellers
// Superintendent
Bryan came to work with us as a Superintendent in 2020 and we have been blessed by his abilities. He grew up working construction projects with his dad during the summers, so he is no stranger to the construction sites. Previous to coming here, he took a different route for about 6 years and worked on professional shows. Bryan used knowledge from his degrees in technical theater lighting and set design, from Florida School of the Arts, to build and install sets for off-Broadway musicals, even operated the smart lighting systems. Later, he returned to construction full-time and became a journeyman/crew leader – giving him a unique insight on different trades and the flow of each stage.
Over the years, Bryan has enjoyed volunteering to build sets for church vacation Bible schools and also Flagler Playhouse and Auditorium. When he isn’t building or supervising, he has fun fishing, hiking, and going camping.
Bryan’s favorite part of his job at Intracoastal is making close bonds with the owners as their concepts are brought to reality. Each house has custom features that are unique to it which keeps things different and interesting. If you ask him what his favorite thing about IC is, he will say “the family environment is at its core. Everyone works toward a common goal and always a connection that I’m honored to be part of.”
