We live close and visit our jobsite often. The house is always well kept. We are in a neighborhood full of new construction, but ours is always the most active. We are outpacing others who started at the same time and they were frequently vacant and silent. We have to say how wonderful the subs have been – always polite and respectful. They are hardworking and care about the quality of their craft.

Thanks so much to Robbie Richmond and his wonderful crew of subs who really came thru building our new house in Hammock Dunes during the COVID 19 pandemic. In spite of setbacks cause by the virus, they completed a fabulous custom home in less than 8 months. It was so well planned from start to finish that there were limited change orders (mostly caused by us) and no change in original contract price(except what we ordered at the last minute). The move in punch list was small and all work completed promptly. The house itself is high quality, energy efficient and built to withstand all types of Florida weather. Congrats to the IntraCoastal Construction team.

You have a truly exceptional group of subs. Aside from doing a phenomenal job framing the house, Dave immediately introduced himself when my dad and I came over to see the house and offered to answer any questions we had while we walked around. Mark was helpful and professional from the moment I met him yesterday and Jonathan provided an extremely thorough written response to every landscaping/irrigation question I had a few days ago and then still met me on site to walk me through things.

Alesha, Robbie, Robbin and Bryan We love our house! Working with all of you has been a pleasure, especially from out of state. The house is AWESOME!
