OUR PROCESS
// At Intracoastal Construction, our streamlined 5-step process ensures a smooth and successful project from start to finish.
Our desire is for you to have a great experience building your custom home. We are here to take care of all the work. The Intracoastal team does everything from designing, permitting, handling ARB’s, and construction. You get to pick out everything you want – and we make it happen!
STEP 1
Conversations with our Sales Manager to learn about how we build, the products we use, and to walk through current builds. We want you to see what is behind the walls! We also want you to see various stages of the building process. Ask us questions!


STEP 2
Sit down in our office and let’s determine the total square footage, number of rooms, and layout you prefer, based on how you want to function in your home.
STEP 3
Sign a Design Agreement. Our Builder, Robbie, has honed this process over the years to make it pleasurable for everyone. The document is fixed-price! It includes the topographic survey and to scale plan with elevations. Additionally, we will order the Site Plan.


STEP 4
Once the floor plan is to your liking, we will discuss what products you would like in your custom home…granite or quartz; tile or luxury vinyl flooring; brand of appliances; and more! We will use this information and construct the Proposal. Your Contract will be Fixed-Priced! No Change Orders unless you make changes.
STEP 5
// Project Completion and Handover
Choosing your products. This is even more fun than the previous 4 steps! Our Designer makes appointments with our Vendors to go to showrooms and make your selections. No need to bring extra money to the table, unless you change your mind since signing the contract. We want this process to be smooth and enjoyable!
