The Beasley
The Beasley is our newest modern, farmhouse plan. Traditional looking columns lead to the home’s covered entry. Siding and flat tile roofing add detailing. A faux dormer adds charm. Inside, a generous foyer welcomes you. A formal dining room is to the right. An open hall separates the foyer from the great room. A large kitchen and angled breakfast nook are open to the great room and look out at the loggia.

The Benjamin is a contemporary home plan with a West-Indies flair. Inside, the Benjamin features an open floor plan. Straight lines, a flat tile roof, Bermuda shutters and a stucco finish give curbside appeal to this house plan.

As you enter the main level of the Palm Paradise, it leads you to a Flex Room to have a drink or two at the Wet Bar and continue the fun out to the Lanai. Magnolia Manor
The Magnolia Manor has a warm, farmhouse feel. From the moment you enter the foyer; your eyes are drawn up to the high ceiling and then to your left where the Dining Room has it’s own space and beautiful ceiling. The Great Room is just ahead and allows for views out the back to the outdoor fireplace in the center of the Lanai for family gatherings.
The Great Room is a generous size opening to the Kitchen and Nook. There is a spot for a wood burning or electric fireplace and the books you will read while enjoying your fire. The Guest bedrooms are all off the Great Room. Two have walk-in closets. There are two bathrooms to share for the three bedrooms with one having two vanities to allow more room to get ready.
Seascape
The Seascape is a stunning modern home plan with a British West Indies flare. A metal roof and Bahama shutters are noticed right away. But the Nichiha on the right and left sides is the striking feature.
The Seascape impresses upon entrance. The Foyer allows guests to view the massive outdoor space through the 10’ tall and 30’ wide stacking slider doors. A Study to the left of the Foyer greets you with an intricate coffered ceiling. Style the ceiling as you like in the Great Room and Dining Room. Bay Breeze
The Bay Breeze is a contemporary home plan with a West-Indies flair. Inside, the Benjamin features an open floor plan. Straight lines, a flat tile roof, Bermuda shutters and a stucco finish give curbside appeal to this house plan. As a coveted item, there are 3 car garages on both sides of this custom plan.
The Bay Breeze’s courtyard entrance leads to the 12’ foyer with beams. Beyond the foyer is the spacious great room that boasts a beautifully picture framed molding and beamed ceiling. Choose to warm your space by an electric fireplace with flanking custom bookshelves if you prefer. The great room into the open dining room and kitchen. The dining room is large enough for a table for 8. A built-in Wine Bar is an attractive spot to show off your dining room. The Stillwater
The Stillwater is a stunning Contemporary and Modern home plan. An updated metal roof and straight lines add to the appeal of this home. Various rooflines and a courtyard entrance welcome guests and homeowner’s alike. Next to the portico, a covered cloister overlooks a fountain. The home is flanked with two separate garages on both sides. One enters directly into the master bath. The second enters next to the utility room.
