Continue to the back for a full-size bath after exiting the pool. The Laundry Room is also on this side with ample space for hanging clothes and dropping items as you come from the garage. Do not forget to venture through the garage and enter a secret hideout of sorts. Can be used as a fishing room with an outdoor entrance for easy access or another hobby. The two guest rooms are off the Dining Room. They each have a walk-in closet and share a bath.  

The opposite side of the Seascape is the homeowner’s dream. A large master bedroom provides views of the Lanai. His and Her closets do not come equal. Her closet is an oasis all it’s own with enough space for a center island. As you walk through the closet, you find yourself in the private gym. Once your workout is finished, simply walk out the exterior door to the jacuzzi. The master bath is no less impressive with a gorgeous shower area. The free-standing tub is a gem between the doors to the shower.
