Robbie and Alesha speak extensively with you to perfect your floor plan – whether we begin with a plan you have or one we have built previously or design an entirely new floor plan – we will make changes until you are satisfied. Our Design Agreement promises to deliver a Survey, a floor plan, and a Site Plan. It is a flat fee – making the changes needed with out additional fees.

Intracoastal Construction will be on your job site regularly and will handle every aspect of the design build process, down to the smallest detail.

Our insulated concrete block walls, attics, and crawl spaces serve to increase energy efficiency. Additionally, the appliances, HVAC systems, and water saving devices are designed to lower your monthly utility.
